摘要
摆环机构是实现联合收割机切割器往复运动的一种典型传动机构。为此,利用Autodesk Inventor三维机械设计软件对摆环机构进行特征造型,分析和模拟摆环机构的工作过程,实现了摆环机构的运动仿真。实验证明,通过特征造型实现的摆环机构虚拟运动仿真能够准确地反应摆环机构的工作原理,为构建农业机械虚拟实验室提供参考。
Suspending link organization was a typical transmission mechanism, using the three -dimensional machine design software of Autodesk Inventor achieved the feature modeling of suspending link organization, analyzed and simulated its work process, and achieved its movement simulation. The experiment proves that the virtual movement can exactly refleet the work principle of the suspending link organization through its feature modeling, and its method provides reference for the virtual laboratory of the farm machinery.
