The Calculating Integrated Land Section Price and Analysis of Example——Taking A County in Guangdong Province as a Case

征地区片价的制定是我国征地补偿标准的革新,对我国征地制度的完善有着重要作用。为此,在明确征地区片价定义和价格构成的基础上,总结了征地区片价的制定步骤,对主要区片划分方法和征地区片价测算方法的使用条件做出了概括,并以广东省A县为例进行了实证分析,同时提出了征地区片价测算中值得进一步思考的问题。

Currently integrated land section price of land expropriation is presented as a new standard of compensation, It has great significance to resolve the low standard compensation and compensation arbitrariness. The purpose of the paper is to clear definition of the integrated land section price and the price formation, sum up the steps to determine integrated land section price , analyze some common methods of calculating integrated land section price and plotting out land blocks, it also summarizes the methods suitable conditions. Taking A county＇s integrated land section price＇s computation as the example, this paper raises some questions which worth pondering further.
