摘要
根据1LF—335液压翻转犁的犁架结构和受力特点,建立了有限元分析的力学模型,确定了在一般工况和遇障工况下载荷及约束等边界条件。利用ANSYS软件的参数化设计语言APDL编写程序,建立了犁架的有限元模型,并对其进行了分析求解,得到犁架在两种工况下各部分的挠度、转角以及应力分布云图和约束力。计算结果表明,犁架的结构能够满足强度要求,但纵向刚度稍差,应适当加粗牵引梁。因此,利用ANSYS有限元软件对犁架进行空间静力分析,可作为今后犁架结构设计和改进的一种可行手段。
Based on the frame structure and the characteristic of force of 1 LF--335 hydraulic reversible plough , the force model about the finite element analysis was made, and the lode and constraints in both of the common lode case and meeting obstacle lode case were gained. The finite element model for frame model was established by ANSYS design language and the model analysis was carried out. And the deflection.lope,stress distribution and reaction force were obtained. The results indicate that the frame structure satisfies the request of intensity, but the portrait rigidity is a little worse, so it is advised that the traction beam should be make thicker. Furthermore, using ANSYS is a good method to design and improve the frame of plough.
