摘要
以振动排种器为研究对象,选用弹簧倾角、激振频率、电压和电流等4个参数,设计了4因素三水平的正交试验,建立了各行排量一致性变异系数和总排量稳定性变异系数随4个参数变化的回归方程。采用三级模糊综合评判,得出了4个因素对排种性能影响的重要性顺序,依次为弹簧倾角、激振频率、电压和电流。
The orthogonal experiment is designed about the four parameters ( spring inclination, frequency, voltage, amperage) with each factor having three levels, taking vibration feeding device as an example. The regression equations including each line feeding quantity consistency and the total feeding quantity concerning the four parameters are established. With the analysis of the major factor, the stronger factors of the influence on two indexes are determined. Finishing the third level fuzzy comprehensive assessment ,we conclude that the four factors influence on the feeding performance and their orders are spring inclination, frequency, voltage and amperage.
