摘要
植物秸秆的超大量湿法粉碎是燃料乙醇工业化大生产预处理过程中的关键环节。为此,研究了植物秸秆的性状、破碎机理以及超速高剪切粉碎机理,采用超剪切粉碎装置对两种具有代表性的植物秸秆进行了湿法粉碎试验。试验结果表明,通过超剪切粉碎机粉碎后,物料的粉碎细度良好,同时对木质素的包裹也有明显的破坏作用,更加有利于酶的作用,并减少了预处理阶段的成本。
Super - output and super - fine grinding of crop stalks is the key process of pretreatment for mass manufacturing ethanol fuel. This paper discusses properties of crop stalks and the mechanism of high speed super shearing. Then an experiment is done with two kind of representative crop stalks making use of high speed super shearing equipment . The experimental results suggested that this process of pretreatment can get good results, The act of breaking lignin is so distinctness that it is more propitious to the effect of enzyme and it can reduce the cost of process of pretreatment.
