摘要 为满足欧Ⅲ排放标准,柴油机需优先采用电控高压喷射技术。在分析欧Ⅲ排放标准及其特点的基础上,完成电控高压共轨喷射系统各参数在油泵实验台上的初步匹配,并结合某4缸柴油机优化共轨系统参数,完成排放性能试验试验结果表明,匹配电控高压共轨喷射系统的柴油机排放性能满足欧Ⅲ排放标准。 To meet the EURO -Ⅲ exhaust emission standard , the electronic - controlled high pressure injection technology is preferred for diesel engine. Based on the analysis of the EURO - Ⅲ exhaust emission standard and its characteristics, the injection parameters matching of the electronic - controlled high pressure common rail injection system were studied. The further injection parameters optimization and emission performance were carried out on the 4 - cylinder diesel engine. The experiment showed the performance of the diesel engine equipped with the electronic - controlled high pressure common rail injection system had reached the EURO -Ⅲ exhaust emission standard.
