摘要
通过台式试验装置模拟柴油机进气门与座圈的负荷环境和接触条件,研究了进气门与座圈的磨损机理,分析了进气门与座圈磨损的主要影响因素。研究结果表明,进气门与座圈的磨损包括两种不同的机理:气门关闭时的落座冲击和燃烧压力作用下气门在座圈上的滑动,并且磨损的主要机理与气门的关闭速度、燃烧负荷、气门相对气门座圈的不对中性、气门和座圈材料选择等各种关键的工作状态有关。
Used bench test, it simulated load environment and contact condition of diesel engine intake valve and seat, re- searched the wear mechanism and analyzed the influence factor. The study indicates that the wear between intake valve and seat includes two different mechanisms: valve impact at seating process and valve sliding on seat under combustion pressure, and the wear is related to valve's closing velocity, combustion load, misalignment characteristics and material choice of valve and seat.
