摘要
为提高对永州市的供电可靠性,在白竹亭变装设了110 kV BZT装置。由于该装置对运行方式的适应性不强,采用了城区110 kV环网结线加以改善,110 kV线路保护为单套配置并按远后备方案整定,但环网线路后备保护必然存在失配点,为此采用了线路纵联保护,而其中一回线路纵联保护停用时尚无完善的保护方案,这也是地区局所面临的共性问题,因此提出完善的保护方案具有普遍意义。
To improve power supply reliability, a 110kV BZT was installed in Baizhuting substation. Because of its weak adaptability, 110 kV ring network topology in urban areas was adopted, 110kV line protection was configured with single remote backup sotting, which means mismatch points in ring network backup protection is inevitable, so pilot protection was adopted. However, there was no perfect protection scheme for one line pilot protection shutdown. A improving protection scheme was presented in the article.
