摘要
介绍了采用双金属氰化催化剂合成聚醚多元醇(JH-2020)的生产过程,讨论了助催化剂用量及诱导期温度对聚合反应及产品性能的影响,并将两种不同规模聚合釜的工艺及产品性能进行了比较。结果表明,双金属氰化催化剂替代碱催化剂应用于大规模生产JH-2020,聚合诱导期、反应时间短,产品色度、不饱和度低。
The production process of JH-2020 by double metal cyanide catalyst was introduced. The effects of catalyst dosage and induction period of temperature on polymerization and product properties was "discussed. The results showed induction period and reaction time was short, color degree of product and degree of unsaturation was low when the double metal cyanide substitued for alkali catalyst to produce JH-2020.
