摘要
为了克服抗侧滚扭力杆所产生的有害作用,应用抗侧滚等效刚度概念提出了改进的技术对策。抗侧滚等效刚度是指一个抗侧滚扭力杆机构对车体侧滚的总刚度贡献,并以折算到抗侧滚扭力杆转角上的等效刚度值给出。利用拉杆与车体之间橡胶节点的非线性刚度实现抗侧滚等效刚度的分段定义:即直线或曲线准静态通过时具有低刚度;顺坡段通过时则具有高刚度。多种车况仿真对比分析表明:根据空气弹簧高度控制的位移滞后特性,这一弹性连接方案可以获得比较理想的舒适度;同时,在顺坡段通过时也适度增强转向架对车体的抗侧滚刚度。
In order to overcome the harmful effects caused by anti - roll torsion bar, the technical strategy which can be able to promote what is beneficial and get rid of what is harmful, was proposed by the concept of anti - roll equivalent stiffness. Anti - roll equivalent stiffness is the total stiffness contribution of an anti - roll torsion bar's gear to carbody's rolling, which is given in the equivalent stiffness on the relative angle of the anti - roll torsion bar. The two - section definition of anti - roll equivalent stiffness is made by the non - linear stiffness of the rubber joints between carbody and hangers, i. e. the lower stiffness when on straight lines or tangent curves; while the higher stiffness when on curve transitions. The contrast analysis of multi - operating conditions of full vehicle and 8 - vehicle trainset shows that according to the feature of displacement-lag of airspring high control, this proposal of elastic connection can be able to obtain the more perfect riding quality, meanwhile the anti - roll stiffness from bogie to carbody can be increased suitably on curve transitions.
