摘要
通过对粉煤灰化学组成与物相构成进行分析,指出增强粉煤灰中铝的活性是提高粉煤灰提铝效率的关键。围绕如何提高铝的浸出活性,对目前粉煤灰提铝技术,包括钙盐、钠盐碱法烧结,酸浸法等工艺进行了详细讨论,并探讨了各种技术工艺的优势和不足之处。最后指出高效、节能、低耗、减量(废渣、废气)、无二次污染是粉煤灰提铝技术发展方向。
Enhancing the activity of Al from fly ash is the key to improve Al-extraction efficiency of fly ash by analyzing chemical composition and physical properties of fly ash. On how to improve leaching activity of Al, the paper mainly discuss the current Al- extraction of fly ash, including the processes of calcium salt, sodium salt alkali sinter and acid leaching. The advantages and disadvantages of each technical process are also discussed. Finally, the developing direction of fly ash Al extraction technology is high efficiency, economize on energy, low consume, decrement(waste residues, waste gas), no secondary pollution.
