不同品种不同发育时期的柞蚕幼虫黄酮类化合物的提取及含量变化 被引量:10

摘要 采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH比色法测定了柞蚕幼虫体内的总黄酮含量,用正交实验法研究了提取时间、乙醇浓度、提取温度及料液比等因素对产率的影响,进而研究了柞蚕幼虫体内黄酮类化合物含量在不同品种、生长发育阶段间的变化规律。结果表明:以60%的乙醇溶液作为溶剂,固液比为1:40,在70℃回流3h的提取工艺条件较好;同一龄期的起蚕黄酮类化合物含量稍高,在不同龄期间,随着龄期的增大而逐渐减少;在蚕品种间存在差异。 The method of NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH was used to determine flavonoid contents in Antheraeapernyi larvae. By orthogonal test, the effect of extraction time, ethanol concentration, extraction temperature and the ratio of feedstock to solvent on productivity was researched. Consequently, changing rules of flavonoid contents in A ntheraea pernyi larvae of different varieties, growth and development stage was studied. The results showed that 60 % ethanol, 1:40 ratio of feedstock to solvent, 70 ℃ and 3 h extraction was the optimized extracting conditions. Within-instar, larva immediately after ecdysis had a little higher level of flavonidcontents. From the second instar to the fifth instar the flavonoid contents decreased continually. And there was a difference among various varieties.
