摘要
从4种大孔吸附树脂中筛选出HPD-400作为去除无梗五加果粗多糖中蛋白的树脂。考察上样量和洗脱剂用量对树脂去蛋白效率的影响。结果表明,该方法对无梗五加果粗多糖中的蛋白具有较高的去除效率,蛋白去除率达到89.37%,纯化后产品中多糖含量由原来的20.5%提高到83%。
To deproteinize from crude polysaccharide of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus Seem Fruit, HPD-400 was selected from four kinds of macroporous adsorption resins. The influence factors, such as volume of sample and elution volume was investigated. The results show: deproteinization from crude polysaccharide of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus Seem Fruit by macroporous adsorption resin is feasible method. Deproteinization rate is up to 89.37 %, the content of polysaccharide is increased from 20.5 % to 83 %.
