摘要
使用化学试剂、生物制品粗提液处理玫瑰花粉,探索一条可操作性强、对花粉内含营养物破坏程度小、对人及环境无污染、有较大推广意义的玫瑰花粉破壁途径。分别使用不同浓度的乙醇、酸、碱、H2O2、黄瓜提取液、H2O2和NaOH混和溶液处理花粉,检测玫瑰花粉的破壁率。试验结果表明,黄瓜提取液、H2O2和NaOH混和溶液对玫瑰花粉作用效果较好。黄瓜提取液对花粉具有明显的膨胀作用;使用H2O2和NaOH混和溶液处理花粉,外壁破壁率可达90%以上。
We used different reagent (including chemical reagent and cucumber extraction) to treat rose pollen, in order to find a useful and safety way to dilapidate the pollen walls. Alcohol,acid, alkali, H2O2, cucumber extraction and NaOH/H2O2 mixture (named solution I )were used to treat the rose pollen. The morphology of pollen was observed by microscope. The cucumber extraction, solution I have a good effect on rose pollen breaking. The result showed that cucumber extraction can dilate the rose pollen, and the wall-broken rate reached as high as 90 % when treated by NaOH: H2O2 mixture.
