教师教学质量的模糊综合评判

Fuzzy Synthetical Evaluation (FSE)on the Teaching Quality of Teachers

教师教学质量是高等院校教学评估的重要组成部分，本文针对现行教师教学质量评价过程中存在的问题，将层次分析法（AHP）、模糊综合评判具体应用到评价的全过程中，并用C语言编制了计算机程序实现统计、计算的半自动化，该程序在微机上测试通过，操作过程简洁明了．本文提出的方法使得教师教学质量评价结果灵活性强，具有多种用途．如果能配备条形码阅读器，建立一个条形码应用系统，必将实现处理过程的完全自动化．

The teachers'teaching quality is an integral part of teaching evaluation in colleges and universities. Based on the presentation of current problems on evaluation of teaching quality,this paper makes a concrete use of AHP and FSE method into the whole evaluation process. With the auto-realization of C computer programming the paper has gived in collecting and calculation,the suggested procedure has been proved practical, effective and easier in operation, and its method features a high flexibility and variety in practical application. Provided a bar code scanner and its operating system,the whole process of teaching evaluation will be automatically achieved with a higher efficiency.
