八角茴香中莽草酸的提取工艺研究 被引量:22

摘要 对于从八角茴香中回流提取莽草酸没有得到应有的重视,把这种方法和其他方法相比较,结果表明回流提取法提取率高,成本低适合广泛推广。用正交试验设计手段探讨出回流提取八角茴香中的莽草酸的最佳工艺条件是:以蒸馏水为提取溶剂、原料粒度0.42mm、100℃、液固比20∶1、时间120min提取两次。 Today the reflux extraction method of shikimic acid from Illicium verum Hook.f.has received considerably less attention to study. With compared the extraction method with other extraction methods in this paper,we found that reflux extraction is good for extracting shikimic acid with production cost and the future must be a good prospect. By orthogonal test we its high extraction rate and low draw the optimum conditions to extract shikimic acid from Illicium verum Hook. f. by reflux extraction are as following: (1) the extraction duration is 120 min; (2) the number of times is twice; (3) the extracting temperature is 100 ℃ ; (4)the solvent to solute ratio is 20:1; (5)the partical size of material is 0.42 mm.
