摘要
谐波是影响电能质量的重要因素,为了减少谐波产生的电力危害,监控电网谐波动态,满足滤波器根据现场的谐波污染状况进行必要投切的需要,设计了一种多功能谐波监视控制器。该控制器基于DSP芯片TMS320C6713进行软硬件设计,采样运用准同步采样法对信号中的谐波分量进行分析,并设计了装置抗干扰措施。该控制器具有根据现场谐波污染状况进行滤波器投切功能,同时还可以通过监视器对现场移动物体的侵入发出报警信息,具有良好的实际应用价值。
Harmonic is a main factor which affects the quality of electric power. To reduce the harm caused by harmonic and meet the need for a wave filter to jump into or not on the scene condition of contaminated harmonic, a multifunctional harmonic monitoring and conlrotting instrument is devised. This instrument is based on DSP chip about TMS320C6713 for soft and hardware designing and takes sample for quasisynchronous algorithm. It has an interference-free function and a function of jumping into a wave filter or not on the scene condition of contaminated harmonic. It also alams on the monitor for the invision of moving objects and has a wonderful value for practical application.
