摘要
正交表数据处理方法是选优问题。在现有的条件下,对某工程问题应如何进行数据处理才能使风险函数最小?才能满足工程要求?通过对GL算法的归纳、总结、提炼出对方程组求解的一种统计方法,即针对一般方程组问题,采用正交表的数据分析设计了通用求解算法,把方程组的求解问题转化成为统计问题,可以方便地直接寻找到最终的稳定中心。这种方法注重了解的精确性和稳定性。采用MATLAB语言实现仿真,验证了该方法的有效性。它便于计算机编程,也可方便在工程领域的相关实践中推广使用。
Date analysis of orthogond layout is an optimum seeking method. On the present condition, how can the risk function be smallest and the requirements be satisfied by choosing sutable way to process the date of a project? By inferring GL algorithm,a statistic method is obtained to solve equations. So a general algorithm is devised for solving equations by date analysis of orthogonal layout and a problem of solving equations is translated into statistic one,a final stable center is found easily and directly. This method focuses on the accuracy and stability of an answer. Through simupating in MATLAB language, the effectiveness of the method is verified, which is convenient in computer programming and promoting in concerning engineering aspects.
