摘要
本试验拟探索出采集五指山小型猪原核胚的最佳时间．结果表明，五指山小型猪供体母猪，在注射HCG后33～34h手术冲卵是最为理想时间，所得胚胎100％为原核胚．注射HCG后52～58h手术采卵，原核胚所占比例为63．6％．注射HCG后62～72h采卵，原核胚下降比例更大，只有19．1％．
The purpose of this experiment was to find out the best time for collection of miniature pig zygotes. The results indicated that the best time of flushing is at 33-34 hours after injection of HCG (100% zygotes). The rate of zygotes at flushing was decreasing with increasing of time after HCG injection.
