六方纳米多孔单晶微腔激光器研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用水热合成方法制备磷酸铝沸石单晶,该沸石晶体具有直径为0.7nm的一维平行孔道,排列成六方结构.在其一维孔道中嵌入有机染料分子,采用脉冲激光激发单个晶体时,染料分子发出的光有一部分被晶体界面全反射到晶体内部,形成循环,产生耳语回廊模式激射.可作为天然微谐振腔,实现微腔激光发射,避免了半导体微腔激光器的复杂工艺. An aluminophosphate AIPO4-5 zeolite (AFI) single crystal was synthesized by a hydrothermal method. It has 0.7 nm one-dimensional parallel channels, which are packed in a hexagonal structure. The organic dye molecule can be introduced into the channels. The polarized optical spectra show that the molecule dipole moments are aligned along the channel. This hexagonal crystal can act as a natural micro-cavity. When dye-incorporated AFI crystal is excited by a pulse laser, a part of the light emitted by the dye molecule will be totally reflected by the hexagonal sides. As a result, a bundle of rays loop around the crystal and a whispering gallery mode is formed.
