摘要
采用硬质合金锯齿形刀头进行磨损实验,切削对象为中密度纤维板。通过测量显微镜对刀头的磨损情况进行了测量,分析了磨损变钝主要参数随切削长度变化的规律。实验结果表明,负间隙C、C'、刃口缩短量Aα、后刀面磨损区宽度E'、前刀面磨损量Mγ、后刀面磨损量Mα等参数都随切削长度增加而增加,锯齿后刀面的磨损远大于前刀面磨损;另外,刀头磨损变钝明显经历了初期磨损阶段和正常磨损阶段。
in this paper, the wear experiment of tungsten carbide tipped saw teeth is conducted, the cutting material is the medium density fibreboard (MDF). The conditions of wear and blunting of the saw teeth are measured by microscope and the variation law of major parameters of wear and blunting with the change of cutting length is analyzed. The result shows that the compression of cut surface C, C ′ , the edge recession Act, the back wear land width E' and the wear of rake and clearance faces all increase with the cutting length. The wear of clearance faces is larger than the wear of rake face. The result also shows that in this experiment the tungsten carbide tipped saw teeth have experienced two stages of early wear and normal wear.
