清廷覆灭,民国初建,中国社会动荡,军阀混战。中央政府无暇西顾,汉藏关系进入非常时期。西藏各界有识之士,以宗教为平台,极力促进汉藏关系的发展,为边疆稳定做出了自己的努力,诺那呼图克图就是其中的典型代表之一。

In the initial stage of the Republic of China, China was in a time of social upheaval and war among warlords, the relationship between the Hans and the Zangs also had entered a time of emergency. The personages of various circles in Tibet tried very hard to promote the development of relations between the Hans and the Zangs with the aid of religion , and did one＇s bit for the stability of the barder areas. Of them, Nuonahutuketu was one of typical representatives.
