Studies into Ethnic Relations of Ethnic Area in the New Century

在现代化进程中,各民族的政治、经济、社会和文化都发生急剧变迁。在这样的背景下,多民族杂居地区的民族认同和民族关系也呈现出一些新的特点。本文通过实地调查,对青海循化撒拉族自治县的民族关系做了分析,旨在为当地民族关系的良性发展提供对策性建议。

In the new century, Ethnic changes in politics, economy, society and culture are large and fast. Under this circumstance, the ethnic identity and ethnic relation in multi -ethnic concentrated areas are presenting some new features, such as the frequent interactions building up the ethnic boundaries, the increase of mutual knowledge etc. This paper, through fieldwork research, analyzes the ethnic relations in Xunhua Salar Autonomous County, Qinghai Province, in order to provide some suggestions to the better development of local ethnic relations.
