摘要
进入21世纪以来,党中央适时提出构建社会主义和谐社会的重大决定。和谐社会的构建不仅需要大批高科技建设人才,同时还要全面提高国民的综合素质。而要实现这一目标,图书馆承担着不可替代的教育职能作用。
Since 21th century,the Party central committee put timely forward the vital decision of constructing harmonious society of socialism. Constructing the harmonious society need not many talents of high science and technology but the improvement of comprehensive quality of the people of a nation. In order to carry out the mentiened above, library must bear the important educational functions.
