摘要 随着经济发展,有色冶金工程项目蓬勃发展,各种大型复杂生产装置广泛应用,爆炸、中毒危险性不断增加,需要一套科学的、行之有效的危险性评价分析方法。这种方法应能使人们充分辨识整个生产、制造、储存系统的危险性,针对性提出消除安全隐患、保护员工安全和环境的措施。基于这一考虑,HAZOP分析方法应该是比较合适的选择。 Along with economical development, Nonferrous Metallurgical engineering projects have developed vigorously. A large of large-scale and complex equipment has been widely used, the risk of detona tion and toxicant increase unceasingly, it needs a risk appraisal analysis method which is scientific and effective. This method ought to be able to recognize entire risk of production, manufacture and storage system fully, bring forward proper measure that eliminates hidden danger and protects staff and environment. Based on this consideration, the HAZOP analysis method should be an appropriate choice.
