摘要
随着矿山提升机电控设备的不断更新,用PLC控制器来取代继电器已成必然趋势。本文着重介绍PLC控制器在矿井提升机上的应用。提高了矿井提升机整体的自动化控制水平,提高了矿井提升机各设备的运行效率,提高了矿井提升机运行的可靠性和安全性。大大减少了故障点,缩短了查找及排除故障的时间,最大限度地避免了重大事故的发生。
With the deveiopment of electic-controlling equipment of mine hoist, it is becoming a trend that PLC cotroller takes the place of relay. The application of PLC controller to mine hoist is specially introduced in this article. By means of this controller, the automatic controlling level, running efficiency, and degree of security in lifting system can all be improved, breakdown spofs are decreased and it takes less time checking and excluding them before serions accidents happen.
