武汉市普仁医院社区医疗质量管理方法探索

Exploration into Administrative Method for Community's Medical Quality in Puren Hospital of Wuhan

社区医疗质量与医院医疗质量有很大差别,有其特殊性,需不断探索。我院通过分析社区医疗质量的特点、要素、内容,按全面质量管理方法对8家社区卫生服务机构的医疗质量进行了3年探索性管理,结果医疗事故发生率为零,医疗差错明显减少,对规范管理我院社区医疗质量有很大的帮助。

Community medical quality is quite different from hospital medical quality, The characteristics, essential factors and contents of community medical quality need to be explored. In the past three years, the all - around medical quality management method was put into practice in eight community health stations, as a result, there was no medical accident happened, the medical mistakes were obviously reduced, and thus, it was helpful to exploring the norm of community medical quality management in our hospital.
