乙二胺四乙酸钠铁口服液的制备及临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨乙二胺四乙酸钠铁(NaFeEDTA)口服液的制备及质量控制方法,观察其临床疗效。方法用溶解法将NaFeEDTA溶于水,用乳酸等调味,制成口服液;采用紫外分光光度法测定铁元素含量并对其进行疗效观察。结果乙二胺四乙酸钠铁口服液制备方法简便,质量控制方法可靠,对缺铁性贫血及铁缺乏症的疗效显著。结论该制剂疗效确切,不良反应极少,可推广使用。
