摘要
为有效改进车身设计的水平,缩短设计周期,文章以某款轿车车身造型设计为研究对象,运用了逆向工程产品设计方法,通过激光扫描仪的非接触测量获取零件表面的云状数据,并利用CATIA软件对测量数据进行处理,且基于曲面重构理论进行车身造型表面重构,最终实现车身零部件的曲面重构,成功地对汽车车身造型进行了逆向设计开发。指出在此设计过程中,所采用的数字技术具有很强的柔性且效率高,也为后续的有限元分析、优化设计以及多体动力学分析提供了基础。
This paper adopts Reverse Engineering (RE) as products design method. According to the existed product model, we can obtain product data in a reverse way. This paper takes some vehicle body design as research object to get the data cloud of body surface through a laser scanner. At the same time, the survey data is carried into processing by using of the software CATIA and into the vehicle body modeling based on the curved surface theory of the modeling of this part reconstructed. In this way, the reverse engineering design and development of vehicle body design is done successfully, which not only effectively enhances the level of vehicle body design, but also greatly shortens the design cycle. Therefore, RE is of significant meanings in both the fields of theory and practice. This research lays a solid foundation for the future research and analysis in related fields.
