Application of Advanced Data Acquisition and Analysis System in Vehicle Assembling

总装作为汽车整车生产的最后环节,对保证汽车质量和生产进度起着重要作用。文章介绍了HAPPS和QIS系统。指出HAPPS系统主要涵盖物流组织情况查询、车辆即时跟踪查询、库存车使用查询及交车情况查询等内容。QIS系统注重对过程的实时控制和问题的预防,可以提供主动式问题处理与改善追踪,从而实现持续改善的作用。实践表明,这两种先进的数据采集、查询和分析系统对于总装车间的生产管理具有重要作用,并且将在大型生产企业中扮演重要角色。

As the last link of the whole vehicle production, assembly plays an important role in controlling vehicle quality and rate of production progress. This paper introduces HAPPS and QIS systems. On the one hand, HAPPS mainly concludes logistic organization inquiry, vehicle immediate inquiry, stock vehicles inquiry as well as handing over of vehicles. On the other hand, QIS system focuses on the control on production process and prevision of problems, which handles problems actively and improves the ways of run-after so as to continuously improve the production. Practices prove that these two systems have played vital roles in managing production in assembling work shops of large-scaled enterprises
