摘要
师院人特有的"精气神"是经过实践检验的具有学校鲜明特色的大学精神文化。培育以"精气神"为价值取向的学生自治组织文化是办学育人的必然要求,也是加强学生自治组织建设的需要,要引导学生领会践行、弘扬"精气神"。
The ＂Spirit and Manner＂ culture, characteristic of the teaching staff of Gannan Normal University is a kind of university spiritual culure with distinct specialities which has been tested through practice.
