摘要
1996~1997年,从贵州省18个县(市)采集分离小麦白粉菌有性和无性世代菌株101个,分别接种在9个鉴别品种上,共鉴定出26个小种,其中出现频率最高、分布最广的是315号小种,其次是311、1、7、15和377号小种。低毒力(0~7)、中毒力(10~77)和高毒力(100~777)三类小种群的出现频率分别为25.7%、13.9%和60.4%。供试菌株对9个鉴别品种的毒性频率依次为100%、38.6%、60.4%、70.3%、11.9%、10.9%、50.4%、49.5%和11.9%。鉴定结果还表明,我省小麦白粉菌生理小种的组成和分布具有明显的地区特点。
During 1996~1997 ,101 isolates of sexual and asexual generation of Ersiphe graminis f sp tritici , collected from 18 counties of Guizhou were inoculated on nine different wheat cultivars respectively. Twenty six physiological races were identified.Among them,315 race has the highest frequence and the widest distribution,followed by 311,1,7,15 and 377 race.The emergence frequencies of three group of race,low virulence(0~7),middle virulence(10~77)and high virulence(100~777)were 25 7%,13 9% and 60 4% respectively The virulence frequencies of 101 isolates to 9 different cultivars were 100%,38 6%,60 4%,70 3%,11 9%,10 9%,50 4%,49 5% and 11 9% respectively The results and analysis showed that the constitution and distribution of physiological race in Guizhou has its dominant regional characteristics
