Pancherz分析法对改良式Forsus矫治器治疗患者的疗效评估

Analysis of Efficacy Treated with Modified Forsus Appliance by Pancherz

目的：采用Pancherz分析法对改良式Forsus矫治器治疗安氏Ⅱ类下颌后缩患者的临床疗效进行分析评估。方法：直丝弓矫治技术排齐整平上下牙列后,应用改良式Forsus矫治器对30例安氏Ⅱ类下颌后缩患者进行功能性矫形治疗,治疗前后拍摄头颅侧位片,并进行Pancherz头影测量和分析。结果：改良式Forsus矫治器治疗6～8个月后,患者下颌后缩面型显著改善。前牙覆盖减小了（5.0±2.8）mm,磨牙关系纠正为Ⅰ类关系。SNB增大（2.7±1.3）°,ANB减小（-2.5±1.2）°,具有显著的统计学差异。结论：改良式Forsus矫治器与直丝弓矫治技术联合应用,可以有效地促进下颌骨的生长发育,协调上下颌骨的位置关系,显著改善Ⅱ类咬合关系和下颌后缩面型。

Objective： To evaluate the effects of modified Forsus appliance in the treatment of Class Ⅱ madibular retrusion by Pancherz. Methods： 30 children with Class Ⅱ malocclusion and mandibular retrusion were selected and treated with this new appliance. Cephalometric radiographs were taken and analyzed before （ T1 ） and after treatment （T2） with Pancherz analysis. Students＇t - test was used to determine if there were significant differences between the 2 time periods. Results： After 6 -8 months of therapy, the profiles were obviously improved. The overjet was decreased by （5.0±2.8） mm, and the molar relationship was corrected to Class I. SNB increased by （2.7± 1.3 ）°, ANB decreased by （ - 2.5± 1.2）°, and both had significant difference. Conclusion： Modified Forsus appliance combined with straight wire appliance can effectively stimulate the mandibular growth, balance the jaw relationship, and correct the Class Ⅱ mandibular retrusion.
