邹衍对阴阳与五行思想的改造与发展,在秦汉思想史上占有非常重要的地位。他的学说,对后世的《吕氏春秋》、《淮南子》和《春秋繁露》等书都产生了很大的影响。本文试图通过对其生平著作、学说内容与命运等问题进行全面考察与分析,这将有助于我们更深入地考察秦汉社会思想文化变迁的轨迹。

Zou Yan modified and developed the thoughts of Five Elements and Negative and Positive,and it had a high standing in the history of pre-Qin period and Han Dynasty. His theory made a profound impact on the later works, such as Lu＇s Spring and Autumn , Chun Qiu Fan Lu and Huai Nan Zi. This paper tries to make an overall investigation on his life and works, contents of his theory etc, which can help us investigate the cultural change in society of pre-Qin period and Han Dynasty thoroughly.
