玉米秸秆纤维瘤胃微生物预处理的前景 被引量:2

摘要 反刍动物对木质纤维饲料的利用倍受关注,这主要是反刍动物的瘤胃与其内部的微生物共生、协同作用的结果,可从中期找到玉米秸秆纤维的瘤胃微生物预处理仿生工艺。瘤胃内的微生物环境相当复杂,其中包含的细菌、原虫和真菌都具有许多种类,但对于特定的底物起主要作用的还只是某几种,这为制浆工业应用提供了可能。现在的瘤胃微生物体外单纯培养,固态底物较高降解率,证明了体外利用瘤胃微生物的可行性。如果能够提供模拟瘤胃的发酵罐,能够进行生长代谢调控,并实现瘤胃真菌和其代谢产物利用菌共培养,可以提高半纤维素和纤维素降解率的比值,达到生物预处理玉米秸秆的目的。 Lignocellulose efficient utilization by ruminants is well concentrated , which is the result of the adaptabilty between the rumen and rumen microorganisms. A new biomimetics technologic was expected by study this relationship .The complicated ruminal microorganisms also can be application to pulping industry, one reason was that there only few dominant microbes at a specific period , the other reason was that lignocellulose can also be degraded by pure cultivation ruminal microorganisms. A high degradation radio of hemi-cellulose and relativally low degradation radio of cellulose of cornstalk .was expected, which can be realized with the co-culture ruminal microorganisms degradation in a controllable fermentor.
