This article elaborated the necessity of cultivation matrix＇ s sterilization, and briefly explained the essential method and principle matrix steam sterilization. For there are no mature technology and sells of the equipment in domestic, the development and related equipment of matrix steam sterilization were introduced. The stage on which the research of matrix steam sterilization stays were fixed clearly, and provided the practical investigation of matrix steam sterilization.
