基于数字图像处理的孢子特征提取

Feature Extraction of Spores Based on Digital Image Processing

为了监测孢子引起的病害,需要获得孢子图像的外部轮廓特征,为孢子的类型分析或自动计数做准备。为此,采用MATLAB对从显微镜采集的孢子图像进行数字图像预处理,合理确定阈值,将灰度图像转换成黑白二值图像。在此基础上进行特征提取与跟踪等形态学分析。该系统经实际验证达到了预期效果。

In order to monitor plant disease caused by spores, to get spore＇s contour feature and type and quantity, this paper use MATLAB digital image technique to process the images of spores that captured by CCD camera. Gray level images are transferred into binary images by adjust threshold. Then use MATLAB to do morphological analysis, such as feature extraction and contour tracing and so on. By actual certification system has achieved the desired results.
