柴油机低温启动困难影响因素的分析与对策

Analysis on the Affecting Factors of Low-temperature Ignition Difficulties of Diesel Engine

在对影响柴油机低温启动困难诸因素:燃料、润滑油、环境温度、电池等影响原因的分析基础上,提出了改变燃料性质、选择低粘度润滑油、启动发动机时避开清晨温度最低的时间区、对电池保暖且保持电池电量充足等对策,经实践应用证明效果良好。

Based on the analysis of the various factors which prevent the diesel engine from starting smoothly at a low temperature, which include the fuel, the lubricate, the environment temperature as well as the battery, several countermeasures, among which are： changing the fuel property, selecting the lubricate of low viscosity, avoiding starting the engine at the low temperature period of morning, keeping the battery warm and insuring sufficient power of the battery, were raised in this paper, and the practices indicates a good effect of the measures raised above.
