摘要
21世纪充满了机遇和挑战,对人才提出了更高的要求。当代大学生不仅要具备较高的智商和情商,还需具备较高的灵商,才能成为合格的21世纪新型人才。本文在对灵商内涵进行分析的基础上,对灵商的重要性及如何加强当代大学生灵商培养提出了自己的观点。
The qualified personnel in the 21st century have to be of higher intelligence quotient, higher emotional quotient and higher spiritual intelligence quotient. Based on the analysis of connotation of the spiritual intelligence quotient, this paper explains its importance and how to train the spiritual intelligence quotient of present-day university students.
