摘要
本文报道在食品保鲜袋内密封扦插桂花、樱花、甜樱桃和苹果的试验结果。当年生半木质化至完全木质化插条经生根促进剂处理后,密封扦插在食品保鲜袋内的湿润基质上,放置空旷处,夏秋高温季节晴天适度遮阴。结果表明,塑料袋内的温度较稳定,基质始终保持刚扦插时的湿润状态,插条叶片全部或部分保持饱满、挺立。插条一周左右即可产生愈伤组织,3─4周便可出根。尽管在几种材料上获得的生根率差异较大,但都成功地生了根。在以“峨嵋仙土”为扦插基质,6月份晴天10:00─17:00时遮阴的条件下,樱花的生根率达70%以上。
This paper describes a cutting experiment in closed plastic bagsin sweet-scented osmanthus, Japanese late cherry, sweet cherry and apple. Semilignified or fully lignified cuttings of three nodes with two half-leaves were used in the experiment. After being treated with hormonal solution, the cuttings were inserted in moist rooting media contained in clear plastic bags.The plastic bags were then sealed and placed at an open site. Shade was provided when temperature was too high on sunny weather in summer and early autumm. It was shown that the temperature in the plastic bags was relatively stable and acceptable for the cuttings and the media stayed moist throughout the experiment. The leaves of the cuttings were turgid. Callus occurred about one week after cutting and roots were produced three to four weeks later depending on the plant materials, media and shading regiemes. All the plant species used in the experiment were successful in root formation though varying in rooting rate. A rooting rate of more than 70% was achieved in Japanese late cherry cuttings subjected to the combination of “Emei Xiantu” media and shading during 10:00─17:00 on sunny weather in June.
