摘要
利用差示扫描量热分析仪对不同成分的A1-Cu合金进行了研究,分析了合金成分与凝固潜热的相关性.研究发现:在含Cu量为5~29at,%范围内,随着Cu含量的增加,合金的凝固潜热呈明显下降趋势,得出了凝固潜热值与各析出相的质量呈线性关系的结论,并给出了计算A1-Cu合金潜热的关系式。
The latent heat of A1-Cu alloy was investigated during the solidification process with differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The result indicates that the latent heat of this alloy decreases with an increase of the copper content ranging from 5% to 29. % in molar ratio. The relationship is linear between the latent heat and the mass percentage of every phase. A formula was derived for calculating the latent heat.
