黄芩中汉黄芩素的提取研究

Study on extraction and isolation of Wogonin from the root of Scutellaria

目的:研究溶剂法提取黄芩中汉黄芩素的最佳方案。方法:采用不同的溶剂体系进行提取和分离,以提取率为指标作比较。结果:从黄芩药材中提取汉黄芩素的最佳方案为用甲醇进行索氏提取,时间5小时,提取液浓缩得膏体,再通过柱色谱分离,用石油醚-乙酸乙酯进行梯度洗脱。结论:与传统水煎提取法相比,该提取法使黄芩中汉黄芩素提取率提高近2倍。

Objective：The optimum extraction and isolation of wogonin from the root of Scutellaria was determined. Methods： The compound was extracted and isolated by different solvents. Result：The compound was isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and was identified as wogonin. The best way was to use Soxhlet% apparatus to extract the compounds from the root of Seutellaria with methanol and later isolate wogonin with petroleum ether-aeetoaeetate. Conclusion： Compared with the traditional water extraction, the extraction yield of wogonin increase a 2 times.
