伊马替尼联合预激方案治疗Ph染色体阳性的急性单核细胞白血病

摘要 [典型病例]患者女，70岁，面黄、乏力两月余，于2007年3月7日入院。患者于2月前无明显诱因下出现面黄、乏力，未予重视。2周前出现咳嗽，咳白色粘痰，伴全身乏力，无发热，无鼻出血、牙龈出血，无胸骨及关节疼痛。查血常规异常，住院进一步诊治。体征：体温37．1℃，血压120／80mmHg，神志清楚，贫血貌，皮肤粘膜无黄染及出血点，浅表淋巴结未扪及肿大，胸骨无压痛，两肺呼吸音粗，未闻及干湿哕音；心律齐，未闻及病理性杂音。
