摘要
维吾尔族人的传统饮食文化中,一直保持着对馕、食盐和粮食的崇敬心理。在日常生活中这种心理通过很多禁忌来加以巩固和传承,它的形成及延续至今,有宗教信仰和地理环境等多方面原因。本文中对这种心理进行了简要的分析。
Uygur people have been keeping a psychological worship towards Nang - bread and salt in their traditional diet culture. In their daily life, this psychology has been consolidated and disseminated by taboos in their cultures. Its fomation and perdurability, however, are owing to many religious and geographic reasons. This article analyzed this psychology and tried to find the reasons behind it.
