摘要
对醋酸乙酯多级逆流萃取绿茶茶多酚(TP)的工艺过程进行了理论分析。通过试验,研究了多级逆流萃取级数、相比和茶水比对茶多酚的提取率、纯度以及茶多酚中儿茶素含量的影响,确定了茶多酚工业生产萃取操作的较佳参数。
In this paper, a technology of multistage countercurrent extracting tea polyphenols (TP) from green tea with ethyl acetate as extractant was theoretically analyzed. The effects of countercurrent extraction stages, ratio of phase and ratio of tea/water on TP extraction rate, purity and catechins content in TP were also investigated. The optimal operation parameters for the extraction of TP on industrial scale were provided in the end.
