构建和谐大学文化是落实构建社会主义和谐社会的要求,在高等教育快速、稳定发展的现阶段,我们务必保持清醒的头脑,认清形势,居安思危,深刻认识中国大学文化在发展中的不和谐因素,从而以先进文化为统领,巩固师生员工思想道德基础,协调处理各方面关系,使整个大学校园安定有序和谐发展。

Building harmonious college culture is the requirement of implementing building socialism harmonious society. At the stage of Chinese high grade education fast and stable development, we should keep a clear head, get a clear understanding of the situation, thinking of danger in times of safety, and acknowledge the unharmonious fac- tors in Chinese college culture development deeply. Then we can make the developed culture as the outline, en- hance the ideological and moral base of teachers and students, coordinate the relationships, make the whole campus developing in stable and harmonious.
