摘要
目前,信息化已经成为中小企业提高核心竞争力的有效手段。然而,在信息化实施过程中,中小企业信息化人才匮乏成为其发展的最大瓶颈。而高校针对IT类人才的培养,无论是层次还是专业划分,依然拘泥于计算机学科,拘泥于技术的培养和训练。高职信息化人才培养必须以就业为导向,直接面向中小企业的具体应用,对学生进行基于岗位能力的培养和职业技能的训练,这对高职信息专业设置和培养模式提出了新的挑战。据此开展相应的探索与研究是高职教育需要解决的重要内容。
At present, informationization has become a powerful means for enhancing the core competitiveness of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) . However, the demand of information talents is the greatest bottleneck for those enterprises experienced during informationization implementation. The IT talents trained by higher education are still limited by computer science and technical training, no matter how divided by hierarchical structure or major type. In this case, training mode on IT of higher vocational education must be employment-oriented and directly specific application-oriented SMEs, based on students' capacity of position and vocational skills. All this put new challenges on higher vocational specialty installments and training mode. Thus some useful explorations and researches have been carried out and provided in the paper.
