高职教育财务会计人才培养改革新探

Newly Exploring Financial Accounting Talents Training in Higher Vocational Colleges

近年来,温州职业技术学院按照"德能双馨、行知一统"的指导思想,大力推进高素质、高技能财务会计人才培养的改革与创新,构建了更加符合高职财务会计专业培养目标、具有温州特色的人才培养方案及课程体系,创建了更加有利于财务会计专业高素质、高技能人才脱颖而出的人才培养模式和机制。

In recent years, according to the guideline, ＂development of moral and ability, unification of behavior and thinking＂, ur college promoted vigorously the reform and innovation in cultivating the talents with excellent personality and skins in financial accounting. We established educating scheme and curricular system which have wenzhou characteristics and more suitable to the aim orientation of financial accounting in higher vocational colleges. Besides, new talents cultivation pattern and mechanism are created which help elites in financial accounting stand out.
