摘要
高职学生在职业教育集团化校企合作中的角色转变,分为"学生→学生→员工"、"学生→员工→学生"和"员工→学生→员工"的转变模式。从职业教育集团化校企合作的制度保障、资金保障、师资保障和环境保障等方面,论述了高等职业教育中加快学生角色转变的途径及措施。
In vocational education collectivization and school-business cooperation, the students' roles transformation can be divided into three patterns, " student - student - employee" , " student - employee - student" and " employee - student - employee " From several aspects such as system safeguard, fund safeguard, teachers safeguard and environment safeguard of vocational education collectivization and school-business, the paper elaborated to speed up the ways and measures of the students' roles.
