目的确定奈韦拉平的结构。方法采用IR、UV、MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR对奈韦拉平进行结构确证,对所有的1H-NMR和13C-NMR谱进行了归属。结果与结论根据谱学特征确证了奈韦拉平的结构。

Objective To identify the structure of Nevirapine. Methods The structure of Nevirapine was elucidated by UV, IR, MS, 1H-NMR. 13C-NMR. The 1H and 13C-NMR signals of Nevirapine were all assigned technologically. Results and Conclusion The structure of Nevirapine is elucidated by the spectral studies.
